Abstract

The number of young entrepreneurs in 2023 will increase by 15%. This number still needs to be increased to strengthen non-technical competencies, such as the entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability of graduates in the workplace. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on students' work readiness and to understand how students' attitudes toward entrepreneurship can influence their readiness to enter the workforce. The method used was quantitative research, with data collected through a Likert-based questionnaire. This study was conducted at the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program at Universitas PGRI Madiun, with a sample of 20 respondents. Based on the t-test significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The f-test significance level was 0.000 < 0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Based on the results obtained from these tests, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial motivation influences student work readiness.
