Abstract
This research was conducted at SMK Cendekia Madiun. The problems identified are as follows: 1. Boring PPKN education, 2. Lack of student learning motivation, 3. Low student learning achievement, 4. Lack of use of interactive media in the learning process, making it boring. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interactive Wordwall media in Civic Education learning to improve student learning motivation and academic achievement in Grade XI at SMK Cendekia Madiun for the 2024/2025 academic year. This study uses a quantitative research technique with a quasi-experimental design. In this study, before the treatment was administered to the experimental class, a pretest and questionnaire were conducted, yielding an average score of 52.75 for the test and 57.67 for motivation. After the treatment using interactive Wordwall media, the students were given a posttest to assess their final scores, with an average score of 79 for achievement and 77 for motivation. Based on the normality test using the Shapiro-Wilk theory, it is known that the significance value of the pretest-posttest Learning Motivation and Learning Achievement of the experimental class is > 0.05, so the pre-post-test data of both groups is normally distributed. The homogeneity test showed a significance value > 0.05, indicating that the variance of the data for both variables is homogeneous. The T-test for each variable showed a significance value < 0.05, indicating a difference in learning motivation and learning achievement before and after the treatment. In the N-Gain test, both the mean learning motivation and learning achievement scores were 0.39, indicating that the Wordwall medium is effective. Thus, the Wordwall medium effectively enhances learning motivation and achievement in Civic Education (PPKN) for Grade XI students at SMK Cendekia Madiun.
