Abstract
This study aims to describe the role of multicultural education on adaptation and tolerance among students at Bina Farma Catholic Pharmacy Vocational School, Madiun. The approach used was descriptive qualitative, with informants consisting of one principal, one PPKn teacher, two homeroom teachers, and seven students from various backgrounds. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, as the researchers intentionally selected informants based on criteria relevant to the research technique. Data analysis used Huberman's method, with the following steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that: 1. Multicultural education is implemented through the acceptance of students from different cultures and religions, the integration of learning materials, and inclusive activities such as Cultural Exhibitions and P5. This implementation encourages students to be adaptive and tolerant in their daily lives. 2. Despite challenges such as differences in language and communication styles, the role of teachers and school policies supports the creation of a harmonious and respectful environment.
