Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Advisor (I): Fatim Nugrahanti, S.T., M.T. Advisor (II): Moch Yusuf Asyhari, S.Tr.Kom., M.Kom. The Web Based Domain and Hosting Service Contract Monitoring System with Deadline Tracking and Threshold Notification was developed to improve the effectiveness of domain and hosting service contract management at CV Aditech Multisolusi, which previously relied on spreadsheets a process that was less effective, prone to human error, and carried risks of contract renewal delays. This study aims to design and build a web-based information system capable of centralizing domain and hosting service management and delivering automated early warnings. The software development methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP), encompassing the phases of Planning, Design, Coding, Testing, and Software Increment, utilizing the Laravel framework, React.js, and a MySQL database. Features developed include domain and hosting service management, Deadline Tracking, a contract calendar, Threshold Notification, WhatsApp API integration, user management, audit logs, reporting, and bug reports. The research results demonstrate that the system effectively structures the contract monitoring process, automates notifications, and minimizes the risk of human error. Testing using the Black Box Testing method confirmed that all functional features operate precisely according to requirements, while the System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation proved that the user interface and system workflow achieve a high level of usability, declaring the system feasible for full implementation at CV Aditech Multisolusi.
