Laelatul Amalyah. 2026. The Effect of Job Training, Employee Competence, and Job Satisfaction on Employe Performance at Nailart Sudio RMC Madiun. Thesis/ ManaPengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Kompetensi Karyawan Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Studio Nailart RMC Madiun. Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor (I) Dr. Apriyanti, S.E., M.M., CPSMM. Supervisor (II) Metikasmike, S.E., M.M. This study aims to determine the effect of job training, employee competence, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Nailart Studio RMC Madiun. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 55 employees. The sampling method used saturated sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The data analysis technique used a test tool in the form of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 25. The results of the study indicate that 1) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Studio Nailart RMC Madiun. 2) Employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Studio Nailart RMC Madiun. 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Studio Nailart RMC Madiun. 4) Job training, employee competence, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Studio Nailart RMC Madiun.
