Abstract
This study aimed to develop Sila Ceria, an interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline integrated with the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning model for the fourth-grade Civic Education (PPKn) lesson on the implementation of Pancasila values, and to determine the feasibility of the developed media. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The analysis stage involved classroom observation, interviews, and document analysis to identify learning needs. The design and development stages produced an interactive multimedia application incorporating text, images, animations, audio, videos, quizzes, and educational games using Articulate Storyline. The feasibility of the product was evaluated by media, material, and language experts using Likert-scale validation instruments. This study was limited to the development and expert validation stages; therefore, field implementation involving students was not conducted. The results showed that the media obtained a feasibility score of 86.6% from the media expert, 93.3% from the material expert, and 84% from the language expert, with an overall average of 87.7%, which falls into the very feasible category. These findings indicate that the Sila Ceria interactive learning media meets the criteria in terms of content quality, media design, language, and technical aspects. Therefore, it is considered suitable as a supporting learning medium for fourth-grade Civic Education on the implementation of Pancasila values. The developed media is expected to provide a more engaging, interactive, and meaningful learning experience while supporting teachers in implementing innovative digital learning practices in elementary schools.
