Abstract

This study aimed to develop a local wisdom-based electronic module (e-module) for the IPAS subject on cultural diversity for fourth-grade elementary school students and to determine its feasibility and practicality. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants were 24 fourth-grade students at SDN Teguhan 02, Madiun Regency, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observations, interviews, expert validation questionnaires, and teacher and student response questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis with a four-point Likert scale. The developed product was a digital flipbook-based e-module containing learning materials, instructional videos, student worksheets (LKPD), and practice exercises integrated with local wisdom. The validation results showed that the e-module obtained a score of 100% from the media expert, 91.6% from the material expert, and 95% from the language expert, all categorized as very feasible. Teacher and student responses each reached 97%, indicating that the e-module was highly feasible. These findings demonstrate that the local wisdom-based e-module is feasible and practical as a supplementary teaching material for IPAS learning and can help students understand cultural diversity while introducing them to the local culture in their surrounding environment.
