Abstract Erna, (2026) Improving Teamwork Skills and Sociology Learning Outcomes Through the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Learning Model for Grade XI 5 Students at SMA Negeri 4 Madiun in 2025. Keywords: Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), teamwork skills, learning outcomes, This study aims to improve students' collaborative skills and learning outcomes in Sociology through the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model. The subjects were 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 4 Madiun in the 2025 academic year. The background to this study stemmed from the problem of low collaborative skills and suboptimal learning outcomes among the majority of students. The researcher chose the classroom action research (CAR) method, conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of several stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research instruments included collaborative observation sheets, learning outcome tests, and supporting documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively using quantitative and qualitative methods to determine improvements in collaborative skills and student learning outcomes after the implementation of the TAI model. The results showed that the implementation of the TAI learning model improved students' collaborative skills, as evidenced by the increase in collaborative observation scores from cycle I to cycle II. Furthermore, students' Sociology learning outcomes also significantly improved, as evidenced by the increase in average test scores and the increasing number of students achieving the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). The conclusion of this study is that the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model is effective in improving the collaboration skills and learning outcomes of Sociology students in grade XI 5 of SMA Negeri 4 Madiun. This research is expected to serve as a reference for teachers in developing innovative and cooperation-oriented learning strategies and achieving better learning outcomes
