Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and career development towards employee job satisfaction at PT. Refindo Intiselaras Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative approach, aiming to determine the effect of two independent variables on one dependent variable. The population in this study was all employees working at PT. Refindo Intiselaras Indonesia, located at Jl. Basuki Rahmad No. 5, Sukosari, Kartoharjo District, Madiun City, East Java. The sampling technique used was total sampling, with a sample size of 97 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The research instrument used was linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate: (1) the recruitment variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect towards employee job satisfaction at PT. Refindo Intiselaras Indonesia, thus the first hypothesis is accepted; (2) the career development variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect towards employee job satisfaction at PT. Refindo Intiselaras Indonesia, thus the second hypothesis is accepted; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of recruitment and career development towards employee job satisfaction at PT. Refindo Intiselaras Indonesia, thus the third hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Career Development, Employee Job Satisfaction, Recruitment.
