Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of Work Ethic, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment towards Work Productivity among Contract Employees at the Environmental and Food Service of Magetan Regency. The phenomenon of work productivity refers to conditions, changes, and symptoms that occur related to the level of work results achieved by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, particularly among Contract Employees at the Environmental and Food Service of Magetan Regency. This study was quantitative with a sample of 280 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with questionnaires distributed via Google Form. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 31. The results show: (1) Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect towards work productivity; (2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect towards work productivity; (3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect towards work productivity.
