Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of job rotation, work environment, and employee productivity towards employee performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) in Madiun City. The background of this research was based on the importance of optimal human resource management in improving organizational performance, particularly in a dynamic modern retail industry like Indomaret. The method used in this study was quantitative with an associative approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 101 employees from 12 Indomaret outlets in Madiun City, who were selected purposively. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results show that job rotation, work environment, and employee productivity simultaneously has a significant effect towards employee performance. Partially, each independent variable also show a positive effect towards employee performance. This indicates that the better the job rotation system, work environment, and productivity levels, the higher the employee performance. This finding provides important implications for Indomaret management to continuously improve the quality of work systems and environments that support productivity, in order to achieve optimal employee performance.
