Supervisor I, Dr. Fida Chasanatun, M.Pd, Supervisor II, Dian Ratnaningtyas Afifah, M.Psychologist, Psychologist. Customer satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure experienced by customers after receiving what they expected. The quality of service in early childhood education institutions has a significant positive influence on parental satisfaction with educational institutions. In addition, the quality of service in PAUD institutions is one of the determining factors for the success of these institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of parental satisfaction with PAUD institution services at ABA Kindergarten in Madiun City. This study used quantitative research using a product moment correlation research design. The population in this study was 297 parents. A sample of 179 parents was taken referring to the Slovin formula. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect respondent data. The sampling technique for this study used cluster sampling. Researchers used product moment correlation to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a relationship or correlation between the level of parental satisfaction with PAUD institution services at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Madiun City with r count (0.927) > r table (0.148).
