Abstract

Umma Masruroh. 2026. Management of Outdoor Learning at RA Al-Hadid, Madiun City. Undergraduate Thesis. Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisors: (I) Sofia Nur Afifah, M.Pd., (II) Dr. Alisa Alfina, M.Pd. This study aims to describe the management of outdoor learning at RA Al-Hadid, Madiun City, covering planning, organizing, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation, with the school principal and teachers serving as the primary data sources. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the management of outdoor learning at RA Al-Hadid, Madiun City, has been conducted effectively. Planning involved the formulation of objectives, teaching modules, media, locations, and safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Organizing was carried out through the division of teacher tasks and the arrangement of student groups. Implementation took place through environmental exploration activities aligned with the learning themes. Supervision was conducted directly by the school principal and teachers during the activities. Evaluation was carried out through the observation of child development, documentation, teacher reflection, and reporting to parents. Thus, the management of outdoor learning at RA Al-Hadid, Madiun City, has been executed effectively in accordance with the functions of learning management.
