Abstract

Pandawa Store, a shoe shop in Madiun City, still manages its sales and inventory manually, so that stock recording, transactions, and reporting are not yet computerized and are prone to discrepancies between recorded data and the actual physical stock in the warehouse. This research aims to design and develop a webbased e-commerce information system that integrates online sales with real-time warehouse inventory management, including multi-payment-method transactions directly linked to automatic stock updates, sales and stock-movement reporting features, and an evaluation of the system's functionality and usability. The system was developed using the Waterfall method through the stages of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation and maintenance, and was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results show that the system was successfully built with three user levels (Customer, Admin, and Super Admin) that integrate product data, variants, stock, transactions, payments, shipping, vouchers, invoices, inventory, charts, and reports into one unified system. Black Box Testing showed that all 27 main feature scenarios succeeded, achieving a 100% success rate, while System Usability Scale (SUS) testing on 20 respondents obtained an average score of 98.1, classified as acceptable (excellent), proving that the system is easy to use and able to support the digitalization of sales and inventory activities at Pandawa Store.
