Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the influence of Digital Literacy on Generation Z's Work Readiness at SMKN 2 Madiun City, (2) determine the influence of Learning Motivation on Generation Z's Work Readiness at SMKN 2 Madiun City, (3) determine the influence of Industrial Work Practices on Generation Z's Work Readiness at SMKN 2 Madiun City, (4) knowing the influence of Digital Literacy, Learning Motivation, and Industrial Work Practices on Generation Z's Work Readiness at SMKN 2 Madiun City. This research method uses quantitative research with SPSS Version 26 as a data processing tool. The data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The population in this research is class XII students majoring in OTKP (Office Automation and Management) and BDP (Digital Business and Marketing). The sample in this study amounted to 94 respondents. The results of this research show that the test of the digital literacy variable (X1) on work readiness (Y) partially shows a reaction that is in a significant positive direction. The results obtained are based on the t test results with a value of 0.028 < 0.05 which shows positive results and H1 is acceptable. The partial test of the learning motivation variable (X2) against the work readiness variable (Y) also shows a reaction that is in a significant positive direction. The results obtained are based on the t test results with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 which shows positive results and H2 is acceptable. The partial test of the industrial work practice variable (X3) against the work readiness variable (Y) also shows a reaction that is in a significantly positive direction. The results obtained are based on the t test results with a value of 0.000 < 0.05 which shows positive results and H3 is acceptable. The results of the f test simultaneously show that the variables digital literacy (X1), learning motivation (X2), and industrial work practices (X3) on work readiness (Y) have a positive and significant effect with fcount 442.987 > ftable 2.71 simultaneously showing the same results. positive and H4 is acceptable. This explains that the variables digital literacy (X1), learning motivation (X2), and industrial work practices (X3) can simultaneously influence generation Z's work readiness at SMKN 2 Madiun City.
