Abstract

This research was conducted because there are still many teachers who have not utilized digital media as a learning medium. The main objective of this study is to produce a learning media product in the form of Articulate Storyline 3 learning media in the Biology subject for class X at SMAN 1 Kawedanan with ecosystem material. This research is a type of development research (R&D). This research was developed using five steps of the ADDIE development model, namely 1) analyze, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed using a Likert scale. This study produced learning media in the form of Articulate Storyline 3 learning media on ecosystem material containing images, audio and text. Based on the validation of media experts, the score was 89% with a very feasible category. The results of the validation by material experts scored 87% with a very feasible category. While the results of the validation by practitioners scored 96% with a very feasible category. The results of the field test with class X2 students scored 88.77% with a very feasible category. Thus, the learning media product Articulate Storyline 3 on ecosystem material at SMAN 1 Kawedanan, Magetan Regency, created by the researcher is suitable for use in the biology learning process.
