Abstract
Numeracy literacy is the ability to use numbers and symbols related to basic mathematics to solve problems in real-world contexts. Numeracy literacy is important for students because it can help develop skills and understanding of basic mathematical concepts, and help them become confident individuals in facing challenges in the real world. Based on the results of the analysis in the field, it shows that many students have low numeracy literacy skills. In addition, the use of teaching media has not been linked to real-world problems, so there is a need for interesting teaching media that makes students more active in learning. This study aims to develop E-LKPD based on Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) to improve numeracy literacy in grade X students. This type of research is research and development with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The research subjects consisted of 34 students in grade X of SMKN 2 Madiun. The instruments used in this study were pre-test and post-test questions, as well as student and teacher response questionnaires to E-LKPD. The results of the study showed that the E-LKPD based on RME produced met the valid criteria with an average percentage obtained from material experts and media experts of 100%, practicality results with an average percentage of 85%, and effectiveness results with an average percentage of 77.21%. Therefore, E-LKPD based on RME can be an alternative effective learning media to improve students' numeracy literacy.
