Abstract

The aim of carrying out this research is to describe the results of the analysis of differentiated learning in the Independent Curriculum in science and science subjects at SDN 02 Nambangan Kidul. This research uses qualitative research by collecting various data sources and field observations. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research consisted of a class IV teacher and one class IV student. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. Then the data was analyzed using the Miles & Huberman technique with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained were that the teacher made a learning plan by mapping learning needs through a diagnostic assessment, then continued with creating teaching modules based on the results of the mapping. From the results of this assessment, it is known that class IV students consist of three learning styles, namely visual, auditory and kinesthetic. In its application, teachers differentiate content, process and product. Supporting factors come from a pleasant learning atmosphere, enthusiastic students, students feeling safe and comfortable and adequate facilities. Meanwhile, the main inhibiting factor in this learning is that it takes a long time. The solution that teachers take is to always improve their abilities and reflect every week.
