Abstract
Business travel is a crucial activity for government agency employees, including the Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation Service (TPHP) of Magetan Regency, in carrying out their assigned tasks. The TPHP Service is responsible for improving performance through collaboration between units, but business travel management is still carried out conventionally using Microsoft Word for documents such as Task Orders (SPT) and travel reports. This approach often results in formatting and writing errors, and slows down the administrative process. Manual business travel management is at risk of causing human error, including double-entry numbers and budget errors. Therefore, a web-based application is needed to improve control and management of business travel, including management of SPD and accommodation costs. This study aims to design and implement a website-based Business Travel Letter Management application at the TPHP Service of Magetan Regency. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method is used for application development with system testing through functional testing and user acceptance testing. The results of functional testing with a percentage of appropriate testing are 99.01% and for inappropriate testing is 0,99%. The results of user acceptance testing include 4 categories, namely appearance with a percentage of 83.08% (good), ease with a percentage of 86.41% (very good), flow with a percentage of 86.41% (very good) and function with a percentage of 89.81% (very good). It is expected that this application can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business travel management
