Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of (1). Describe and explain the learning outcomes of students, when listening to stories via YouTube. (2) Describe and explain the activities of grade VI students, when learning using the social media YouTube. The research method used in this study is the PBL research method with a Case Study research design. Case study research to determine the status of the subject, observation of a specific or typical phase of the entire personality. The subject of the research can be an individual, group, institution, or community. This is the same as Classroom Action Research which is Action research carried out in class, so this research will be conducted in the classroom, especially in class VI. The research method used in this study is the PBL research method with a Case Study research design. In the context of this experimental research, the influence of the learning model on students' ability to listen to short stories through YouTube social media is in addition to providing students activity and providing so,that students can be interested and enthusiastic about participating in short story listening activities
