Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of guided practice methods with Artificial Intelligence (AI) media in writing learning for grade VI students of SD Negeri Kapuran, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency, to identify the problems, and to find solutions to the problems in the implementation of such learning. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used in this research are informants, events, and documents. The informants in this study were the sixth-grade teachers in the Badegan District and 4 sixth-grade students of SD Negeri Kapuran, Badegan District. Data collection was conducted using in-depth interview techniques, observation techniques, and document studies. The data collection instrument used interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documents. Data validity was carried out using triangulation techniques with sources, methods, and time. Data analysis was carried out continuously from the beginning to the end of the study. The research results indicate positive confirmation in learning, this method and media has been proven to improve writing skills that are more adaptive, efficient, and meaningful in students. The obstacle in integration is caused by the lack of mastery of AI media by educators, and can be overcome by providing continuous training. It was concluded that the guided practice method with Artificial Intelligence (AI) media can be well applied to students of SDN Kapuran, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency, provided that educators have mastered the appropriate media for learning.
