Keywords: writing, Narratives essay, and experiental learning This research aims to describe (1) the application of the experiential learning model using image media in learning to write narrative essays, (2) the learning outcomes of the application of the experiential learning model using image media in learning to write narrative essays, (3) the advantages and disadvantages of applying the learning model Experiential learning uses image media in learning to write narrative essays. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The technique used to analyze data in this research is the interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of this research are (1) The application of the experiential learning model using image media in learning to write narrative essays in class IV students at SDN Czechok, Babadan District, Ponorogo Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year went as planned; (2) Application of the experiential learning model using image media in learning to write narrative essays for class IV students at SDN Czechok, Babadan District, Ponorogo Regency in the 2024/2025 academic year in learning to write descriptive essays; (3) the advantages of implementing an experience-based learning model using image media are that it is able to create a conducive learning situation, is able to foster student enthusiasm in following each stage of learning, and is also able to stimulate students to think more creatively. Meanwhile, the weakness is that it requires a long time of planning and implementation.
