Abstract

The Influence of Ease of Use, Ease of Payment, Service Features, and Consumer Satisfaction towards the Use Decision of the Access by KAI Application (Case Study on the Madiun City Community). The aim of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of ease of use, ease of payment, service features, consumer satisfaction and the decision to use. The research method used was a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 375 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used a test tool in the form of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate: (1) Ease of use has a significant and positive influence towards the Decision to Use, (2) Ease of payment has a significant and positive influence towards the Decision to Use, (3) Service features have a significant and positive influence towards the Decision to Use, (4) Consumer trust has a significant and positive influence towards the Decision to Use.
