Abstract
The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of compensation and job training on work productivity at the Widya Kencana Kare Savings and Loans Cooperative. This study is a quantitative study with a sample size of 63 people. The sampling method uses a saturated sample. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique uses a test tool in the form of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study are that compensation and job training have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Widya Kencana Kare Savings and Loans Cooperative.
