Abstract

This research discusses the design and development of a website-based boarding management information system with a case study of Kost Putri Rosanty in Madiun City. The main objective of developing this system is to facilitate the boarding house owner in managing tenant data, payment systems, and room promotion effectively and efficiently. The management information system built includes features such as room rental management, payment processing, tenant data storage, and promotional media. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which allows for faster and more flexible development processes. This system is expected to enhance transaction security, data accuracy, and overall efficiency in boarding house management.
