Abstract
Vocational high school students are expected to recognize and understand their abilities. One of the most crucial skills for students is how to choose and prepare for their future. Individuals need career maturity to determine the steps they will take in the future. The level of self-awareness and family social support have an impact on career maturity. This study aims to determine the effect of self-awareness and family social support on the career maturity of eleventh-grade students in the Accounting Program at SMK Negeri 2 Madiun for the academic year 2023/2024. This research employs a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto method. The population of this study is 132 students, with a sample size of 57 students. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, and sampling was conducted using Proportionate Random Sampling. Data collected were analyzed using SPSS Version 16 with simple correlation and multiple correlation formulas. The findings indicate that: 1) The simple correlation test results show that there is an effect of self-awareness on career maturity, as the hypothesis was accepted. 2) The simple correlation test results indicate that there is no effect of family social support on career maturity, as the hypothesis was rejected. 3) The multiple correlation test results show that there is an effect of both self-awareness and family social support on career maturity simultaneously, as the hypothesis was accepted.
