Abstract

Early childhood education teachers are important human resources in improving the quality of education at early childhood education institutions. HR management is expected to be able to plan, organize, develop, and evaluate educational institutions. A systematic process is carried out to improve the professionalism of teachers and principals in the form of HR management. This study aims to describe human resource management in Early Childhood Education institutions. This study used a descriptive qualitative research design with a qualitative survey research approach. The data source of this research consists of two data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. In this study, data collection techniques through various data collection techniques of interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of research on Human Resource Development Management at Al Husna Kindergarten. Development planning consists of receiving information, analyzing needs, setting goals, setting programs, implementing programs, and reviewing or evaluating programs. Organizing HR development is divided into 3 groups, based on sequence or schedule, activity material, and ability. Implementation of HR development training, coaching, and development activities based on activity organizers. Supervision of HR development provides assistance and motivation for teachers who take part in development activities and by conducting evaluation of mentoring and assessment in supervision which is carried out once a semester.
