Abstract
Pancasila Education (PKn) teaches students about the behavior of good Indonesian citizens and how the country should be. Despite this, there is a phenomenon when some students show a lack of enthusiasm in following group learning. Students' learning outcomes are affected and their level of boredom towards learning activities increases due to the lack of variety in learning models. Solutions are needed for various contemporary learning models that are able to investigate student learning outcomes, such as the VCT learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of using the VCT model on learning outcomes. This study uses experimental research methodology with a quantitative approach. Quasi Experiment Design method was chosen as the research design, and Post-test Only Control Group type was chosen as the research design. The data analysis technique used is the analysis prerequisite test which is divided into 2 namely normality test and homogeneity test, and uses the homogeneity test. The average value that increases shows that there is an effect of VCT on students' Civics learning outcomes.
