Abstract
Human resources are a strategic factor in employee productivity. Quality human resources can be the main driver in achieving organizational goals, increasing productivity, and creating innovations needed to survive and thrive in a dynamic market. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, discipline, and organizational support on employee performance at Bank BPR Bank UMKM East Java, Madiun Branch. The method in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique using saturated sampling, with a sample size of 75 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. While the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) Partially, the work experience variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Case study at Bank BPR Bank UMKM East Java, Madiun Branch). 2) Partially, the discipline variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Case study at Bank BPR Bank UMKM East Java, Madiun branch). 3) Partially, the organizational support variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Case study at Bank BPR Bank UMKM East Java, Madiun branch). 4) Simultaneously, the variables of work experience, discipline, and organizational support have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Case study at Bank BPR Bank UMKM East Java, Madiun branch).
