Farid Ikbar Sayoga. 2025. The Influence of Personality, Work Flexibility, Emotional Intelligence on Work Motivation (Case Study of Online Motorcycle Taxi Drivers in Madiun City). Supervisor I: Dr. Apriyanti, S.E., M.M. Supervisor II: Robby Sandhi Dessyarti, S.E., M.M. Online motorcycle taxi drivers are jobs that are extraverted towards customers by paying attention to professional personality conditions and are correlated with Emotional Intelligence and work flexibility. This is an integrity to determine work motivation in the field. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the Influence of Personality, Work Flexibility, Emotional Intelligence on Work Motivation (Case Study of Online Motorcycle Taxi Drivers in Madiun City). This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The research population is all online motorcycle taxi drivers in Madiun City, totaling 50 people. Determination of the number of samples using the census method or with the purposive sampling technique, In this case the population presented has a minimum that can be used as a research sample to determine the research instrument. The questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability using the path analysis data analysis technique using SPSS 25. The results of the study prove: (1) The influence of personality has a significant effect on motivation. (2) Work flexibility has a significant effect on work motivation (3) Emotional intelligence has been proven to have a significant effect on work motivation Keywords: Influence of Personality, Work flexibility, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation
