Yustina, (2024) The Use strategy of Everyone is a Teacher Here of Class IV of SD Negeri 1 Josari, Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency, Master of Social Science Education Study Program, Postgraduate Program, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Keywords: Active Learning, Learning Outcomes of IPAS- IPSstrategy Everyone is a Teacher Here Elementary School 1 Josari, Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency, indicated by the large number of students who did not understand the subject matter presented by the teacher, and the students were less enthusiastic in asking questions, so that it can be proven that the learning outcomes stated in the assessment results above the KKM have not reached 75%. This is caused by the less interesting learning process applied by the teacher. This study aims to determine whether or not the use of the Everyone is a Teacher here strategy can improve the activeness and learning outcomes of science and social studies in grade IV students of SD Negeri 1 Josari, Jetis District, Ponorogo Regency. This study is a classroom action research. This research is conducted by teachers in the classroom or at the school where they teach, by providing opportunities for students to become teachers for other students, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study lasted for 3 cycles. The data source for this study was grade IV students of SD Negeri 1 Josari. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation questionnaires, and field notes. The validity of the data used in this study is the method triangulation technique. This study uses qualitative data analysis. The results achieved in this study with the use of the Everyone is a Teacher here strategy plus group competitions, praise, and prizes can improve the activeness and learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 1 Josari. This can be seen from the increase in activeness and learning outcomes based on the questionnaire given. In cycle I, the average learning outcomes and activity reached 72.77%. In cycle II, the average increased by 6.0% to 79.72%. In cycle III, the average class activity and learning outcomes were 80.55% or increased by 0.8%. Thus, the implementation of active learning Everyone is a Teacher Here can improve the activity and learning outcomes of students in the subjects of Science and Social Studies of class IV of SD Negeri 1 Josari Jetis Ponorogo. The obstacle in implementing active learning using the Everyone is a Teacher Here technique is that it requires a long learning time.
