Keywords : Learning outcomes, Information, Interviews, Inquiry Learning strategies that do not involve students enough will reduce student interest, so that their learning achievement will also decrease. Learning strategies that emphasize student activities are teaching and learning methods that prioritize the role of active students, both physically, mentally and socially. Based on the data obtained by the researcher from the score list, it is known that students' abilities in the Indonesian Language Subject, especially in the basic competency of digging up information from a figure through interviews, are very low. If this kind of thing is left unchecked, it will have a fatal impact. The researcher considers this problem to be something urgent. On this occasion, the researcher offers an Inquiry learning strategy. If the teacher applies the Inquiry learning model, it is expected that at least 75% of the number of students understand the concept of Digging up information from a figure through interviews. This research is a classroom action research carried out in 3 cycles, consisting of 3 meetings. Each meeting consists of 2 x 35 minutes. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities. Data was taken using test instruments, interviews, questionnaires and journals. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of the basic competency of digging up information from a figure through interviews in the Indonesian Language Subject through the Inquiry learning strategy for Class IV students of SDN Janti, Slahung District, Ponorogo Regency, Semester I, 2024/2025 Academic Year. The role of the Inquiry learning strategy in improving the learning outcomes of the Indonesian language basic competency of digging up information from a figure through interviews is marked by an increase in the percentage of learning completion from the first cycle to the last cycle, namely in cycle I it was only 67.00%, cycle II increased to 83.00%, in cycle III there was an increase reaching 100%.
