Abstract

ABSTRACT Ningsih. Yuga Dwi. 2025. Improving the Ability of Student Learning Outcomes Using the Project Based Learning Model with the experimental method on Grade IV Students at Pendem State Elementary School. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, FKIP, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisors (1): Raras Setyo Retno, S.P., M.Pd., (II) Naniek Kusumawati, S.Pd., M.Pd. This study uses the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) starting from the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II which consists of four (4) stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data are collected through observation sheets, tests and documentation in each cycle. This study aims to improve the completeness of learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences of students using the Project Based Learning model with the experimental method. This research was conducted at Pendem State Elementary School, Ngariboyo District, Magetan Regency, class IV with a total of 19 students consisting of 11 males and 8 females. The research process consists of Pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II. In the Pre-cycle research, it is known that the completeness of student learning outcomes is 42% seen from the percentage of completeness that has not been completed, which is still below 80% and needs to be improved again in cycle I. In cycle I, the results of student learning completeness have increased, namely to 63% and in cycle II it has increased to 89%. In cycle II, the completeness of student learning outcomes has reached because the percentage of completeness has reached more than 80%. It can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that the use of the Project Based Learning learning model with the experimental method can improve the completeness of student learning outcomes.
