Abstract

The aim of this study was to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of work ability and time management towards the work productivity of employees of the Pharmacy installation of Dr. Soeroto, Ngawi Hospital. The data source used was primary data, data obtained from data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 62 respondents. The research method used was a quantitative approach using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show: Work Ability has a positive and significant effect towards the Work Productivity of employees of the Pharmacy installation of Dr. Soeroto, Ngawi Hospital; Time Management has a positive and significant effect towards the Work Productivity of employees of the Pharmacy installation of Dr. Soeroto, Ngawi Hospital; Work Ability and Time Management have a simultaneous effect towards the Work Productivity of Employees of the Pharmacy installation of Dr. Soeroto, Ngawi Hospital.
