Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of government support, price perception and facilities towards customer satisfaction of street vendors of UMKM Lapangan Gulun, Madiun Regency. This study was conducted on the people of Madiun Regency who had purchased UMKM Lapangan Gulun in Madiun City by taking a sample of 384 respondents. The research method used was a quantitative approach using a test tool in the form of Smart PLS software version 4.0. The results of this study are government support, price perception and facilities positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction of UMKM Lapangan Gulun in Madiun City.
