Abstract

The Influence of Work Discipline, Work Attitudes and Employee Performance towards Employee Performance at PT. Ennka Karya Metalindo. Employee performance is the result which persons has achieved within a certain time according to the responsibilities that have been given to them. The aim of this research was to prove the influence of work discipline, work attitudes and work communication towards employee performance. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling. Where the entire population was used as a research sample from primary data of Employee Performance at PT. Ennka Karya Metalindo, totaling 125 employees. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using SmartPLS4.0. The results of this research are: Work discipline has a positive and significant effect towards employee performance. Work attitude does not have a significant effect towards employee performance. Work communication has a positive and significant effect towards employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Attitude, Work Communication, Employee Performance.
