Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the Influence of Work Environment, Work-Life Balance on the Productivity of Civil Servant Nurses at dr. Soedono Madiun Hospital. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population of this study is 324 civil servant nurses at dr. Soedono Madiun Hospital through a questionnaire. The data collection technique of this study uses probability sampling with a sampling method using saturated samples. The data analyst method of this study uses the SmartPLS 4 and SPSS 25 programs. The results of this study prove that 1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity in employees of dr. Soedono Madiun Hospital. 2). Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on work productivity in employees of dr. Soedono Madiun Hospital. 3). The work environment and Work Life Balance have a significant positive effect on the work productivity of employees of dr. Soedono Madiun Hospital.
