Abstract
The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Transformational Leadership towards Organizational Commitment in PT Dika Teknik Madiun Employees. This research examines the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership as independent variables towards organizational commitment as the dependent variable. The aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership towards organizational commitment among employees of PT Dika Teknik Madiun. The type of research used was a quantitative approach. In the research, a questionnaire model was used with 137 employee respondents distributed via Google Form. Data processing used the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application version 24. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research on PT Dika Teknik Madiun employees. It can be concluded that organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction and transformational leadership, partially have a positive influence and significant impact towards organizational commitment of PT Dika Teknik Madiun employees.
