Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of work shifts, time management, and communication towards productivity at Ramayana Madiun Branch Office. The population used in this research was 74 employees at Ramayana Madiun Branch. The sampling technique in this research used Probability Sampling with a saturated sample size or the entire population sampled as 74 employees. The data analysis technique in this research used descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression using the SPSS computer statistics program version 25.0 for Windows. The results in this study show: (1) Shift Work has no effect towards productivity; (2) Time management affects productivity; (3) Communication influences productivity at PT Ramayana Madiun Branch Office. The Adjusted R Square value has a value of 0270. This means that the percentage of independent variables (consideration of Learning Motivation, Interest in Accounting Studies, and Study Regularity) which influences the dependent variable (Learning Achievement) is 27% then the remaining 73% is explained by the variable other than the research variables. The implication of this research is that PT Ramayana Madiun Branch Office needs to improve work shifts regarding the distribution of work schedules and paying attention to employee rest times.
