Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine and define the factors that influence organizational commitment in Madiun City’s generation Z and to determine which factors are the most dominant. The study was a quantitative approach and used various confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) analysis tools using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate: there are three factors formed that influence organizational commitment, namely career adaptability factors, namely psychological capital, emotional intelligence, locus of control, work flexibility, organizational culture, career development. Balance factors, namely work life balance. Facility factors, namely work environment and compensation.
