Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out whether there was an influence of Competency, Skill and Work Environment towards the Work Productivity of Portrait Room Employees. The research sample was 87 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the technique taken being saturated sampling (census). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses tools in the form of computer software SPSS program. The results of this study based on regression analysis showed that the beta coefficient value (β) of .110; this indicates that the competency variable (X1) has no effect on the work productivity variable (Y) of Potrait Room employees. This means that the competency variable does not significantly affect the work productivity of Potrait Room employees. Based on regression analysis, it is known that the beta coefficient value (β) is .270; this indicates that the skill variable (X2) has no influence on the work productivity variable (Y) of Potrait Room employees. This means that the skill variable does not significantly affect the work productivity of Potrait Room employees. Based on regression analysis, it is known that the beta coefficient value (β) is .576; this shows that the work environment variable (X3) has an influence on the work productivity variable (Y) of Potrait Room employees. It means that work environment variables have a significant effect towards the work productivity of Portrait Room employees.
