Abstract

The objective to be achieved in this study was to empirically prove the influence of work life balance, career development, performance assessment, and work motivation on baristas in Madiun City. The data source used was from primary data sources obtained from data collection using a questionnaire with saturated samples. The research method used was a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Model/SEM analysis with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software, where the population was 232 baristas. This study used saturated samples. The results of this study are that work life balance has a positive effect towards work motivation, career development has an effect towards work motivation and performance assessment has an effect towards work motivation.
