Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of job demands and personal resources towards work engagement of employees of PT. Dwi Prima Sentosa, Ngawi Regency. The method used in this study was quantitative which was analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests using SPSS version 25. Data collection was obtained through a survey with a research sample of 329 employees of PT. Dwi Prima Sentosa, Ngawi Regency using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research analysis conducted were that job demands did not have a significant effect towards work engagement, while personal resources had a significant effect towards work engagement.
