Madiun: Magister Study Program in Indonesian Language and Literature Education, Graduate Program, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Advisor Dr. Bambang Eko Hari Cahyono, M.Pd., Co-Advisor Dr. Agung Nasrulloh S., M.Pd. Keyword: Main Characters, Qualitative Descriptive, Structural Approach, Content Analysis This research aims to describe the attitude of the main character, Alranita, in the novel Resign! by Almira Bastari. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data in this research is in the form of sentence quotations which are stories or conversations between the main character and the characters in the novel. The approach that the author uses in this research is a structural approach with content analysis studies. The results of this research can be concluded that there are findings in the form of quotes relating to the four attitudes of the main character Alranita in the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. These four attitudes are: (1) easily emotional, (2) responsible, (3) obedient and, (4) likes to lie. Of these four attitudes, 32 quotes were found about the main character Alranita's attitude, which is easily emotional, which is the most numerous and dominates. The least found was the attitude of the character Alranita who was submissive, with only four quotes.
