Abstract
This research aims to determine the faktors that influence the creativity of PAUD teachers in teaching in the Children's Play Group in Metesih village, Jiwan sub-district, Madiun regency. The subjects of this research were 1 school principal, and 3 core teachers/class teachers. This research method uses a qualitative approach.. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques for this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that a high educational background, especially in the field of early childhood education, is more likely to have high creativity. And teaching experience can make teachers more motivated to develop themselves and more open to new ideas. High teacher welfare will improve teacher performance, including teacher creativity. High teacher performance, as shown by the ability to plan lessons, implement lessons and evaluate lessons, will further encourage teacher creativity. An adequate budget for learning media will support teacher creativity. Keywords: creativity, learning, early childhood
