Abstract

SMAN 1 Kawedanan is one of the higher education institutions that uses a website as a medium for providing information. However, there are still problems on the website such as several sub-features with blank displays and website uploads that are not up to date. These findings made the researcher determine the objective to determine the level of user satisfaction with the quality of the SMAN 1 Kawedanan website through the Webqual 4.0 dimensions, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. This study used 84 respondents and used gap analysis to process the data. The results showed that the information quality dimension had the highest priority to be improved with a gap of -0.36. On the other hand, it was also found that the usability dimension showed a gap gap of -0.35 and the service interaction quality dimension of -0.30. It is recommended that the SMAN 1 Kawedanan website management improve the three quality dimensions by completing information in each sub-feature of the website and also providing additional information about extracurricular activities and achievements achieved by students at SMAN 1 Kawedanan.
