Abstract

ABSTRAK Florista Aurora V, 2024. Penerapan Model CTL Berbantu Media Kartu Kata Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Di Sekolah Dasar. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, FKIP, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Pembimbing (I) Rissa Prima Kurniawati, M.Pd . (II) Dr. Endang Sri Maruti, M.Pd Permasalahan yang ditemukan di SDN Pintu Jenangan Kec. Jenangan, Kab. Ponorogo pada pembelajaran matematika di kelas V, masih ada siswa yang mengalami kendala dalam memahami materi, siswa juga mengalami rasa bosan karena tidak bisa memahami materi matematika yang dipelajarinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan model CTL berbantu media kartu kata untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar dan untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan penerapan model pembelajaran CTL berbantu media kartu kata. Kelebihan dari penerapan model pembelajaran CTL adalah siswa mudah memahami pembelajaran, dan siswa merasa senang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model CTL yang dapat dilakukan guru untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar dikelas. Dalam penelitian ini instrumen yang digunakan yaitu terdiri dari tes, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang mana terdapat 3 kali pertemuan disetiap siklusnya. Hasil lembar observasi siswa pada siklus I memiliki rata rata observasi aktivitas siswa sebanyak 87,5%, dan hasil lembar observasi rata-rata pada siklus II sebanyak 82,5%. Hasil lembar observasi guru siklus I memiliki rata-rata sebanyak 69%. Dan hasil lembar observasi guru pada siklus II sebanyak 96%. Berdasarkan nilai test siklus I dan siklus II memiliki persentase nilai yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 78%, dan siklus II sebanyak 81%. Terdapat peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebanyak 3%. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan siswa merasa senang karena dalam mengerjakan soal pribadi maupun kelompok mendapat penghargaan (reward) bagi yang terbaik. Langkah-langkah dalam pembelajaran kegiatan inti guru memberikan apersepsi, kegiatan inti guru memberikan materi pembelajaran, kegiatan penutup guru memberikan penguatan materi. Kelebihan dari penerapan model pembelajaran CTL adalah siswa mudah memahami pembelajaran, dan siswa merasa senang. Adapun kekurangan yaitu kurang efisien karena membutuhkan waktu yang agak lama. Ponorogo, in mathematics learning in class V, there are still students who experience problems in understanding the material, students also experience boredom because they cannot understand the mathematics material they are studying. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the CTL model assisted by word card media to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in elementary schools and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the CTL learning model assisted by word card media. The advantage of implementing the CTL learning model is that students easily understand the learning, and students feel happy. This research method uses classroom action research using the CTL model which can be carried out by teachers to improve the learning process and learning outcomes in the classroom. In this research, the instruments used consisted of tests, observation sheets and documentation. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, with 3 meetings in each cycle. The results of student observation sheets in cycle I had an average observation of student activities of 87.5%, and the average observation sheet results in cycle II were 82.5%. The results of the first cycle teacher observation sheet had an average of 69%. And the results of the teacher observation sheet in cycle II were 96%. Based on the test scores in cycle I and cycle II, the percentage value in cycle I was 78%, and cycle II was 81%. There was an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 3%. So it can be said that the learning activities have gone well, and students feel happy because when working on individual and group questions they receive awards for the best. The steps in learning are the core activity of the teacher providing apperception, the core activity of the teacher providing learning material, the closing activity the teacher providing reinforcement of the material. The advantage of implementing the CTL learning model is that students easily understand the learning, and students feel happy.
