Abstract

; This study aims to analyze the motivation of students to learn thematic learning on student learning outcomes in grade 4 of SDN 4 Kutukan. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach. Research methodology based on post-positivism philosophy. The data collection was carried out continuously and increasingly, the collection technique with triangulation, inductive/qualitative data analysis and qualitative research results emphasized the meaning of generalization. The sample used was 52 students. Based on the discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that the learning motivation of grade 4 students of SDN 4 Kutukan is very high, the class teacher has a great influence on fostering student learning motivation. So teachers must choose interesting learning methods for learning activities so that students are very enthusiastic, enthusiastic, and do not get bored in following learning activities. so it can be concluded that student learning motivation is closely related to the efforts in teaching lessons carried out by the class teacher. Factors that influence student learning motivation are very necessary to foster student learning motivation, including ideals, student learning abilities, physical and spiritual conditions of students, classroom environmental conditions, dynamic elements in learning, and teacher efforts to teach lessons. If the factors mentioned above have been implemented well, then automatically the students' learning motivation will grow well.
