Abstract
IPAS as a new subject used in the current independent curriculum makes teachers have to try to package IPAS learning as well as possible. The use of learning media is one of the factors in the implementation of IPAS learning that can be absorbed well by students. The learning implementation process carried out by students still uses conventional learning where the teacher only focuses on textbooks, but in the implementation of IPAS learning, the development of interactive learning media such as flipbooks is needed because IPAS is a new subject and the integration of science and social studies into one. The purpose of developing interactive media flipbook is to increase student motivation in learning IPAS. This research uses Research and Development or Development Research. using methods to produce certain products. The research model used is a procedural model, which explains the making of the product in detail. This research refers to the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data sources in this study are fifth grade students and teachers. The finding in this research activity is the low interest of students in learning IPAS in class. The result of this research activity is the development of products used in the form of flipbooks to assist teachers in learning IPAS. Keywords: IPAS, Research and Development, ADDIE
