Elok Diaz Azizah. 2024 The Influence of the Two Stay Two Stray and Experimental Learning Model on the Cognitive Abilities of Class V Students in the IPAS SDN 1 Tlogotuwung Subject. Thesis. Primary School Education Study Program, FKIP, PGRI Madiun University. Supervisor (I) Octarina Hidayatus Sholikhah (II) Lingga Nico Pradana Science and Technology is a subject that must be applied at the elementary school education level which is formed in the independent curriculum. In class V science learning, indicators prove the nature of light and explain the nature of light. In the indicator explaining the nature of light, students experience difficulties because students cannot yet understand exactly the nature of light. This research aims to find out whether the Two Stay Two Stray and Experiment learning models have an influence on the cognitive abilities of class V students. The subjects used in this research were class V students at SDN 1 Tlogotuwung. The type of approach used in this research is quantitative with a time series research type that uses a one group pre-test post-test design. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique, the sample in this study was 14 students. The instrument for this research is a pre-test and post-test of class V Science and Technology. The results of the reliability test analysis show that there is a difference in the results of students' science and science cognitive abilities before using the collaborative TSTS and experimental learning model and after learning using the collaborative TSTS and experimental learning model with a mean score of 67.5 to 78.93. The results of hypothesis testing show that the p-value < 0.05, namely 0.00 < 0.05. So, the results of the hypothesis test decision show that the Two Stay Two Stray learning model and the experiment have an influence on the cognitive abilities of class V students.
